• Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Freelance Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at our Kanniyakumari office. You will be responsible for engaging with prospective students and their guardians via phone, providing them with comprehensive details about our courses, and converting these leads into successful enrollments. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment while making a meaningful impact on students educational journeys.

• Key Responsibilities:

Contact and engage potential leads generated through various marketing channels.

• Provide detailed information about Tuty Edu's educational offerings, including course benefits and features.

Build rapport with students and guardians, effectively communicating the value of our courses.

• Convert prospective students into enrollments by guiding them through the process and addressing any concerns.

Manage and track leads using our tools, ensuring timely follow-ups.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and increase conversions.

Participate in marketing efforts and campaigns to boost enrollments in Nagercoil and surrounding areas.

• Qualifications:

Fluency in Tamil is essential; basic proficiency in English is required.

• Proven experience in

telemarketing, sales, or customer service, preferably within the education sector. Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Familiarity with basic computer operations and lead management systems.

• Ability to handle rejections positively and maintain a motivated attitude.

Must be based in or willing to work from Nagercoil.

• Work Schedule:

Flexible work hours between 9 AM and 6 PM.

• Option to work between 2 to 5 hours per day, depending on availability.

All work must be conducted from our office in Nagercoil.

• Compensation:

This is a commission-based role, with pay tied to successful conversions. You will have the opportunity to increase your earnings based on performance, and we provide a competitive commission per enrollment. Additionally, a minimum guaranteed amount is provided for making calls, with the potential for increased pay based on the number of successful enrollments.
