Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Freelance IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT landscape, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successful placements. This is a commission-based role, offering 40% of the billing amount from clients for each successful placement.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Source, identify, and engage top IT talent through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver suitable candidates in a timely manner.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, technical assessments, and behavioural interviews to ensure candidate qualifications and fit.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions, interview feedback, and placement outcomes.
Compensation
- Earn 40% of the billing amount from the client for each successful placement.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a freelance or agency setting.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of various IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS, etc.).
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
