Job Opportunity: Trainer (Freelance/Part-Time)

Location: Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida

Duration: 1 - 2 Months

Compensation: 25000 INR per month

Commitment: Everyday during school hours for a period of a month or two

About the Program: Aspire For Her, in collaboration with our client, is launching a Training Program aimed at empowering school students and teachers by enhancing their creative skills using it's product. We are looking for dynamic trainers to facilitate hands-on sessions, both online and in-person, to guide participants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions.
• Guide participants in creating projects using various features like text-to-image and other design tools.
• Provide step-by-step instructions on login, navigation, and project creation.
• Ensure participants are comfortable with the platform and offer support in completing their projects.
• Assess the learning outcomes and assist with project submissions.
• Maintain effective communication with school SPOCs and the program management team.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to teach and guide school students and teachers effectively.
• Basic proficiency in Excel for managing attendance and reporting.
• Willingness to travel for in-person sessions
