Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Freelance Instructional Designer at SkillMonde. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for needs analysis, instructional design, training and development, learning management, and curriculum development. The role will involve collaborating with subject matter experts and other team members to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong needs analysis and instructional design skills
- Experience in training and development and learning management
- Proficiency in curriculum development
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Experience in eLearning and multimedia development is a plus
- Experience in the education or training industry is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or a related field
