Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Freelance IB MYP/DP Chemistry Tutor. The Chemistry Tutor will be responsible for providing personalized online tutoring sessions, focusing on IB MYP and DP Chemistry curriculum. The role involves assisting students in understanding physical chemistry concepts, facilitating effective communication, and integrating mathematics into chemistry lessons.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching IB Chemistry.
• Familiarity with IBDP chemistry syllabus and internal assessments.
• Commitment to helping students excel in theoretical and practical skills.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Chemistry, particularly in Physical Chemistry
• Experience in Online Tutoring with the ability to engage and communicate effectively with students
• Proficiency in Mathematics to integrate mathematical concepts into chemistry lessons
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex ideas clearly
• IB MYP/DP Chemistry teaching experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Education, or related field
