Our client, a leading healthcare services provider is looking to engage with a Salesforce Health Cloud Technical Lead.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the technical lead for the Salesforce Health Cloud implementation, supporting business and IT teams.
Design and implement technical solutions for integrating Salesforce Health Cloud with internal and third-party systems.
Define and manage the Salesforce data model, including objects, relationships, fields, and permissions.
Develop custom features, workflows, and automation using Salesforce technologies (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning).
Lead the integration of Salesforce Health Cloud with existing HMIS or other healthcare systems using APIs and middleware.
Ensure data integrity, privacy, and security in alignment with healthcare compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA).
Provide technical leadership during system testing, UAT, and troubleshooting.
Document technical designs, system configurations, and integration workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end solution.
Ensure system configurations for Dev, Test, Preprod, Prod and DR environments are as per company standards
Conduct security assessments and testing as per company standards for every release
Ensure Prod and DR Environments are always in sync and perform BCP tests once in a quarter
Ensure data archival policies and processes are implemented and monitored
Skills Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in software development or technical roles, with at least 2 years in Salesforce Health Cloud.
Expertise in Salesforce data structures, security models, and integration patterns.
Proficient in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, SOQL) and data modeling.
Understanding of key design patterns for configuration/customization and best practices to manage large data volumes
Preferable to have Salesforce Integration Architecture and Data Architecture Certifications.
Strong understanding of APIs, web services, and middleware for system integrations.
Experience with Health Management Information Systems (HMIS) and healthcare technology.
Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA) and experience with secure data handling.
Proven track record in delivering complex Salesforce projects and integrations.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer, Health Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams
