Roles and responsibilities -
Fraud Analysis:
Analyse trends in fraudulent activity, identify patterns, and develop insights to enhance fraud detection strategies.
Process Improvement:
Continuously evaluate and improve fraud detection processes and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Reporting:
Prepare regular reports on fraud activity, team performance, and key metrics to senior management.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments (e.g., IT, Customer Service, Compliance) to align fraud prevention strategies and share insights.
Customer Experience:
Balance fraud prevention efforts with maintaining a positive customer experience, minimizing false positives.
Coordinate responses to high-risk cases and escalate issues as necessary.
