Job-Description
We are seeking a skilled Frappe/ERPNext Developer with 1-2 years of experience to develop and maintain our ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Frappe framework and ERPNext platform, along with a passion for creating efficient and scalable business applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with different stakeholders to translate business processes and requirements into Frappe constructs such as DocTypes.
- App Development: Develop and maintain apps based on the Frappe framework to customize and integrate solutions such as ERPNext, Frappe HRMS, Projects, CRM, and others.
- Front-End Development: Work with Vue.js and Frappe-UI to develop the front-end.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Technology Updates: Keep up-to-date with the latest Frappe/ERPNext technologies and features.
- Mentorship: Help other engineers improve their Frappe/ERPNext skills through code review and guidance.
Must Haves
- Experience: 1+ years of experience with the Frappe and ERPNext ecosystem.
- Business Process Architecture: Experience in architecting complex business processes within the Frappe ecosystem.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, MariaDB/MySQL, JavaScript, and the ability to create E-R diagrams.
- API Familiarity: Familiarity with REST APIs and web services.
- Version Control: Comfortable with version control (Git).
- Frappe Features: Experience with workflows, access controls, page layouts, custom objects, custom record types, reports, and dashboards design and development.
- Communication: Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- ERPNext Certification is preferred.
Good to Have
- Deployment and Hosting: Experience with deployment pipelines and hosting Frappe-based websites.
- Additional Technologies: Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Nginx, and others.
- Certification: Frappe Framework Certification.
