The role involves day-to-day tasks related to developing and managing franchise partnerships, conducting market analysis, implementing growth strategies, and ensuring franchisee success.

Qualifications

• Experience in Franchisee Development, Business Development, and Sales
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Strategic planning and market analysis abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Knowledge of the education or training industry is a plus
