- Sourcing for new potential franchisees
- Focus on the sales and marketing of franchises to prospective buyers
- Developing and supervising the operations of new franchisees and the business development of franchise.
- Providing training and information on the business policies and procedures and to develop new franchisees for the business.
- Understanding and responding to potential franchisees.
- Interviewing and assessing franchise applicants and scheduling meeting with them.
- Arranging promotional activities to enhance sales.
- Management of the entire franchisee recruitment process from lead management to sign-up of a new franchise

- Excellent English communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written

- Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills
- Expertise in Microsoft Office

- Manage sales pipeline
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing demonstrated sales success
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience: 2+ years in sales industry
