Franchise Manager

Epillo Health Systems is a digital healthcare company based out of Estonia, Europe having Patent-pending innovations in 153 countries through the United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) and 27 countries of the European Union (EU) through the European Patent Office (EPO), working to transform the Digital Healthcare technology landscape by incorporation the best of Artificial Intelligence, Machine learning, and Blockchain. We have our corporate office for India based out of South Delhi location.

Epillo HealthHUB is the Healthcare retail arm of the company hosting an ambit of services like F&B corner Freshwey. We are looking to hire a franchise Manager to expand our business.

• Job Responsibilities:

. Achieve high-quality sign-ups by:

Actively and Willingly optimizing the leads provided by the central team.

Proactively identifying new leads and converting them through high-quality sales pitches.

Ensuring timely collection of Franchise fees.

building franchises and attending meetings for franchise development. Overseeing all marketing and promotional activities.

• Generate new Data and Data collection for market enhancement.

Providing the partner with Franchise manual and other essentials to get them fit-out ready within

Coordinating with cross-functional teams to hand-hold the partner until the inauguration

Enabling the new partner with the sourcing of mandated Welcome Kits for the inauguration.

Run pre-Launch marketing initiatives for business generation by Coordinating with Marketing Team to identify suitable measures to ensure visibility and generate

inquiries.

Ensuring POP materials are in place as per Pre Sign off a discussion

Managing and updating Lead Management System

Meeting daily market visit norms.

Ensuring daily visit reports and funnel management

Validating KYC of the prospective channel partner and subsequent submission to HO to ensure sign off of MOU and Agreement.

Female preferably

Excellent communication Skills

Should be able to travel for the franchise meetings

Excellent Communication Skills

Should have proficiency in English (Written & Verbal) and strong interpersonal skills.

Who can handle the pressure of targets applied

• Education and Experience Requirements:

Minimum 4-5 years experience in Sales & Marketing/franchise development

Hands of experience in handling franchise marketing would get preference.

Ideal candidate must be MBA Preferably MBA(Marketing and Business)
