Franchise Development:
Identify and assess potential franchise partners, evaluating their suitability and alignment with company values & Meet the weekly & monthly target
Develop and execute targeted strategies to attract and onboard high-quality franchisees.
Business Planning and Strategy:
Develop detailed business plans for each franchise location, outlining revenue targets, marketing strategies, and operational goals.
Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine franchise strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Training and Support:
Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to franchisees, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
Conduct regular performance reviews and site visits to monitor franchise operations and provide actionable feedback for improvement
Financial Management
Monitor Student Enrolment Insure that franchisee achieve it targets for enrolments
Achieve monthly target of Student Enrolment & achieve revenue targets .
Relationship Management:
Cultivate strong relationships with existing franchise partners, serving as their primary point of contact and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
Foster a collaborative and cohesive franchise network by facilitating communication and sharing best practices among franchisees.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration preferred , with education franchise experience preferred.
10+ years of experience in franchise development or business development roles, preferably within the Education sector.
Proven track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, and onboarding franchise partners.
Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and profitability.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and delivering measurable results.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
