Develop and execute a comprehensive franchise development strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Meet with potential franchisees in various cities targeted for brand expansion.
Utilize diverse channels including online research, referrals, and industry events to identify prospective franchisees.- Cultivate relationships with potential franchisees, effectively communicating the benefits of our franchise model.
Oversee the franchise onboarding process from initial inquiry to franchise agreement signing.
- Conduct market research to identify viable franchise territories and assess market trends.
Monitor and report on franchise onboarding performance to senior management.- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and compliance with franchise standards.
Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay abreast of franchise industry trends and best practices.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of competitors within the industry.
Undertake special tasks assigned by Founders, providing a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with company founders and contribute to organizational growth and success.- Act as a representative of the Founders, only in approved contexts, overseeing specific communications concerning customer escalations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Hindi is advantageous.- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in franchise development for D2C brands.
- Should have played a leading role in negotiating franchise agreements for a minimum of 10 stores within the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) sector.
Strong organizational and project management skills.- Proficiency in analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify trends, assess opportunities, and implement effective strategies.

Pay: 700,- 00 - 1,000,000.00 per month
