Franchise Development Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Development Manager at Looks Salon in New Delhi. The Franchise Development Manager will be responsible for franchise sales, business planning, franchising, lead generation, and training in alignment with the company's growth strategy.

• Franchise Sales, Business Planning, and Franchising skills
• Lead Generation and Training experience
• Proven track record in developing successful franchise partnerships
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
• Experience in the beauty or franchise industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
