Role Overview:
The Franchise Development Manager will play a critical role in expanding Mevabite Dryfruits presence across India by identifying, recruiting, and supporting franchisees. Key Responsibilities:
1. Franchise Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Develop and implement strategies to identify and attract potential franchisees.
- Conduct initial meetings and presentations to prospective franchisees, providing information about the business model, benefits, and requirements.
- Evaluate potential franchisees through detailed assessments and due diligence processes to ensure they meet the brand's criteria.
- Guide selected franchisees through the onboarding process, including signing franchise agreements and providing necessary training and support.
2. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify prime locations for new franchise outlets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform strategic decisions.
- Provide detailed reports and recommendations to senior management on potential markets and franchise opportunities.
3. Franchise Sales and Development:
- Drive the franchise sales process, from lead generation to finalizing agreements.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns to promote the franchise opportunity.
- Track and report on sales metrics and progress towards franchise development goals.
4. Support and Training:

7. Marketing and Brand Promotion:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
