Job Title: Franchise Operations and Marketing Executive
Reports to: Franchise Director
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Franchise Operations and Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our franchise network, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Franchise Operations:
- Provide support and guidance to franchisees on operational matters
- Conduct regular franchisee visits to ensure compliance with brand standards
- Develop and implement operational processes and procedures
- Manage franchisee relationships and resolve any issues that may arise
Marketing:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth
- Manage marketing budgets and track ROI
- Create marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content
- Work with franchisees to develop and implement local marketing initiatives
Additional Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to franchisees and senior management
- Identify and implement initiatives to drive sales growth
- Collaborate with other departments, including training and customer service
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in franchise operations and marketing
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
