Roles & Responsibilities
- Provides financial input to support with company strategy and major decisions:
- Runs the Financial planning & performance cycle for the company / own entity. Prepares budgets and forecasts and compare vs actual company data to identify issues and opportunities
- Conducts analysis to identify trends as input for operational and strategic decisions, e.g. product mix, channel strategy and pricing.
- Prepares financial and operating results to report to management, shareholders, boards, investors and others
- Analyzes ongoing projects and prior decisions to determine profitability and make suggestions for improvement if applicable
- Continuously improves the planning & reporting processes of the company together with business and IT
- Initiates and/or participates in cross functional improvement projects ( in / beyond finance domain)

Experience / Qualification
- Financial education ( finance bachelor, CMA, CFA or equivalent)
- Excellent knowledge of finance and IT tools (Excel, ERP, business intelligence tools) and LEAN
- Strong analytical and data modelling skills
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills (excellent for investor relations portfolio)
- Ability to set/reset priorities within short time horizon
- Fluent in English
