We're on the lookout for passionate individuals - a team that will accelerate the sales engine for retail products, starting with term life and health insurance and in the process, help build what will be one of the most valuable verticals at Plum.
What will you be doing
Building the personal insurance business at Plum with a focus on the growth function. You will have ambitious, challenging goals.
Collaborating with marketing and product teams to scale GTM and iterate customer experience as we scale the business.
Building expertise in personal insurance products intricacies and deconstructing personal insurance products into an easy-to-understand, customisable offering for Plum's clients.
Consulting clients to set up the ideal life and health insurance products in line with their needs.
Collaborating with external and internal stakeholders to systemise processes and building SOPs to scale and optimise the end-to-end experience including sales pipeline, issuance, onboarding and claims
If you're someone who:

Are an ace communicator, whether it's with storytelling or breaking down complex concepts in a how-to document. We expect you to be good at writing and see clear, precise communication as essential.
