We at Hunar.AI are looking to hire our founding Sales Development Representative to help us in growing and replicate our initial success stories to large number of users across the globe.

AI agents which works on platforms such as WhatsApp for business to help organisations manage everything from Sourcing to Candidate Engagement to Qualification to Assessments to Interviews to Joining and Onboarding.A super easy to use Candidate CRM and Recruiter CRM with a complete automation of repetitive recruitment operations tasks such as scheduling, reminders, document collection, verifications and other joining formalities.

We co-exists with the large HRIS platforms and make them frontline ready.

Who do we sell to

Retail, BFSI, QSR, Hospitality, Technical Staffing, BPO

Who do we work with today

Some of the large enterprises such as Licious, Rebel Foods, Udaan, PhonePe, Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited, L&T Finance, Tata Capital and many others.

What are we looking for

Our founding SDR to take our success stories and use-cases to enterprises across the world.

  • 1-2 Year experience as a Sales Development Representative in a B2B Services or SAAS set-up.
  • Proficient in Email Marketing & Leveraging AI tools to run campaigns at scale.
  • Happy to start with an IC role with a strong desire to build the SDR org in the years to come
  • Has worked closely with Marketing & Product teams in past to drive meaningful outbound business development efforts
