Snack Amor is amongst the top challenger health food and snack brand based in Goregaon, Mumbai. We are experiencing massive growth and need a Co-founder to be a part of our growth story and drive the overall operations - Retail, Corporate and E-Commerce/D2C alongside the Founder.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all areas of the business including P&L management, business operations, team management etc. In order to succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication, interpersonal skills, brand building expertise and a ready market/distribution network in the Food industry. We are looking for mavericks who are passionate about joining a start up, are excited to wear multiple hats in terms of managing different functions, are adept of operating independently as well as work through a team.

This role offers an opportunity of building business alongside the Founders and creating wealth primarily through tools like stocks, profit share and variable pay component. So candidates who match this criteria would certainly be given preference.

Go-getters and growth catalysts from Food Industry who are willing to work as per criteria outlined above and have proven growth expertise/ready connects either in distribution scale-up (online and offline), brand building (Digitally), deep connects in investment/funding ecosystem and ready with their own funds would be preferred).

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in the Food Industry
• Business skills including budget preparation, team development and operating independently
• Requires reasoning ability, good independent judgment and working under agreed timelines
