We are looking for our first marketer to lay the groundwork for growth at Zinance. With a solid base of early customers who love our product, we aim to enhance our positioning, messaging, and story to consistently attract new customers. We need a versatile marketer experienced in both product marketing and growth marketing to help us achieve this.
What You'll Do
- We are still developing our tools, processes, and workflows. You'll play a key role in building these out, identifying what works, testing, and scaling
- Take charge of the Account-Based Marketing campaigns end-to-end, from lead gen to data scrapping/extracting contacts, setting up the campaigns with sequences, experimenting with email copies and measuring results
- Initiate and manage partnerships with other SaaS companies, VCs, accelerators for perk listings
- Initiate, monitor, and refine campaigns across various channels to guide prospects and customers through the sales funnel
- Conduct growth experiments to understand our customers, reach a larger audience, and scale successful strategies based on their ROI
- Help in creation of relevant and coherent social media content for all our social channels as a part of our broader marketing strategy
- Manage the content calendar and tell our brand's story to engage prospects, customers, candidates, and partners
- Manage the marketing budget and track KPIs to ensure effectiveness and goal attainment
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, including GTM strategy, strategic partnerships, growth hacking, CRO, marketing automation etc
- Build and manage a team of dedicated marketers (including full-time hires, contractors and agencies). You'll be actively involved, both leading and working alongside the team
- Collaborate with the founding team on the company's story and vision, ensuring our communications add value and maintain high quality
Who You Are
- Have a 4 to 6 years of experience in a marketing and growth role in US-based early stage SaaS startup, Plus Plus if worked with startup founders as customers.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing - ABM, Partnerships, Content, Performance, etc.
- Comprehensive knowledge of all marketing areas, with particular expertise in product and growth marketing
- Understanding of the unique challenges and dynamics of working in an early-stage startup environment
- Self-starter with strong motivation and a passion for delivering tangible results
- Strong familiarity with lead gen, email marketing and marketing tools including email sequences and drip campaigns
