Healthcare in India is seeing a phenomenal shift with inflation in healthcare costs 3x that of general inflation. A majority of Indians are unable to afford health insurance on their own; and so as many as 600mn Indians will likely have to depend on employer-sponsored insurance.

We are looking for folks interested in becoming generalist operators for the following 2 roles -
- Founders Office: This role involves working closely with our CEO and CTO, providing a unique opportunity to contribute directly to Plum's strategic initiatives
- Leadership Apprenticeship Program: As an inaugural member, the selected candidate will work with our senior leadership in Growth, Operations, or Technology on impactful projects
Ideal candidate is someone who fulfils the following criteria -
- First Principles Problem Solving: Ability to break down complex problems into fundamental components and develop innovative solutions from the ground up
- Effective Communication Skills: Ability to convey ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, to diverse audiences
- Experience with Spreadsheets and Presentation Tools: Proficiency in using tools like Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, or their equivalents, to analyze data and create compelling presentations
- Growth Mindset: A passion for continuous learning and improvement, with the flexibility to adapt to new challenges and opportunities
- Basic Knowledge of Finance: An understanding of financial principles and concepts is a plus but not mandatory
- Team Collaboration: A proven track record of working effectively in team settings, with a collaborative approach to achieving common goals
