Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SOPs for streamlined business operations.
- Collaborate across functions to execute strategic partnerships effectively.
- Prioritize and track major projects, providing regular updates and addressing concerns to the Founder.
- Conduct market research and analysis, providing valuable insights to management regularly.
- Lead business strategic planning, including lead generation, industry analysis, and market research, while coordinating company-wide meetings and supporting the Founder across all functions.
- Gather and record new feature requests and product improvement insights through user interactions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Application, or similar diploma
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact with customers at all levels
- Tech-savvy with a solid understanding and interest in email marketing and emerging technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Passionate about helping customers achieve their goals and excited to be part of a growing and innovative company
