In-Office Internship | Tuesday to Friday | Office Location: Koregaon Park, Pune

Role Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic intern to join our team at the founder's office. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to various projects (global b2b events) and tasks essential to the success of our organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment and is interested to explore the world of B2B events/conferences.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the founder and executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist with research and analysis for special projects and initiatives.
  • Help coordinate and execute events, meetings, and presentations.
  • Maintain organized files and documentation.
  • Assist with various office tasks and errands as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills for interacting with team members and external contacts.
  • Research Skills-Mention skills related to conducting research and analysis, as interns may be involved in gathering information for special projects.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an Founder's Office, office environment or administrative role is a plus.
