Roles and Responsibilities:Strategic Financial Analysis:
- Analyze financial statements, assess performance trends, and evaluate the creditworthiness of Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs), financial institutions, and corporates.
- Provide in-depth analysis of financial data to support the decision-making process, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
Credit Risk Evaluation & Reporting:
- Prepare credit notes and risk assessments, focusing on key rating considerations, CAMEL-based financial analysis (profitability, capitalization, liquidity, etc.), and potential financial risks.
- Monitor and report on the financial health of business partners and competitors, offering recommendations to mitigate risks and enhance financial stability.
Business Model & Industry Analysis:
- Conduct thorough analysis of business models, identifying strengths, weaknesses, risks, and opportunities across different sectors.
- Understand and evaluate revenue models, corporate structures, and operational efficiency to provide actionable insights that support business growth.
Operational Insights & Cross-Industry Analysis:
- Perform in-depth analyses of key operational drivers across industries to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Support strategic projects by offering insights into operational efficiencies and potential improvements.
Stakeholder Communication & Relationship Management:
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and strategic documents for internal and external stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, investors, and business partners.
Collaboration & Strategic Advisory:
- Work closely with the founder on special projects and provide real-time insights to guide critical business decisions.
- Collaborate across functions to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives, while managing multiple priorities effectively.
