CHANCE To Give Foundation is a Non-Profit Organisation dedicated to transforming the lives of marginalised communities through education. Established in 2020, our foundation has made significant strides in supporting 80 orphans in Hyderabad. With a passionate team of 25 young and dynamic changemakers, we are committed to creating lasting change and providing opportunities for those in need.

Role Overview

The Founder's Office Role - Strategy & Operations is a critical leadership position within CHANCE To Give Foundation, responsible for driving the strategic direction and operational effectiveness of the organisation. This role will work closely with the founders and executive team to develop and implement initiatives that advance our mission of providing education to marginalised communities. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong operational skills and a passion for social impact. The candidate should be able to commit to 6 to 12 months for the internship period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with the founders and executive team to develop and implement strategic initiatives that further the mission and goals of the foundation.
  • Operational Planning: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in achieving organisational objectives.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage key projects and initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timelines.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish performance metrics and KPIs to track progress towards organisational goals and evaluate the impact of programs and initiatives.
  • Corporate Relations: Develop and nurture partnerships with corporate entities, including businesses and industry leaders, to secure funding, sponsorships, and in-kind support for foundation programs and initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including donors, partners, and community members, to enhance support and collaboration.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in strategic planning, operations management, and project management, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others towards a common goal.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Commitment to the mission and values of CHANCE To Give Foundation, with a passion for social justice and equity.
  • Previous volunteering experience is given high priority
