About Us:
Established in 2018, Recruiting Genie LLP specializes in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and HR as a Service (HRaaS). We provide cost-efficient, scalable, and expert-driven solutions to enhance workforce and operational effectiveness. Our close-knit team consists of two full-time members and 11 remote interns.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic intern to join our team at Recruiting Genie. This role provides a unique opportunity to work closely with our founder and gain hands-on experience in multiple facets of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Strategic Planning and Research:
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and the competitive landscape.
Assist in developing and executing business strategies.
Analyze data to provide insights for decision-making.
2.Marketing and Communications:
Assist in creating content for marketing materials and social media.
Help manage public relations efforts, including press releases and media outreach.
Organize and coordinate company events and meetings.
3.Human Resources:
Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes and conducting initial interviews.
Support employee engagement initiatives and enhance company culture.
4.Networking and Partnerships:
Engage with stakeholders, including clients and partners.
Identify and pursue potential partnerships or collaborations.
5.Miscellaneous:
Perform various ad-hoc tasks as required by the founders.
Continuously learn about industry trends and company operations.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
Passion for startups and entrepreneurship.

Stipend:
The internship is unpaid, but interns may receive incentives based on performance, including a share of new business generated and travel expense reimbursement, where applicable.
