Own high-priority projects, working across teams to get things done. Dive into customer feedback and market data to drive decisions. Be flexible and wear multiple hats depending on the need of the hour. Who You Are
A generalist with 2+ years of experience in marketing, operations, or product in a B2B SaaS setting. Bonus points if you are an ex-founder yourself** who understands the challenges of scaling and are eager to bring their unique experience to a fast-growing team. Founder's Office experience** is a huge plusyou know how to prioritize, execute, and handle high-impact initiatives. Someone who can think big picture but isnt afraid to roll up their sleeves.
