Job Description

Key requirements:

  • 2-3 years experience working in a digital marketing agency
  • Experience working in Business strategy or operations
  • Bachelor's degree in management (Marketing), or similar.
  • Good written, verbal, interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Prior experience in team management, showcasing leadership & managerial attributes.
  • Client-facing skills and experience in relationship management
  • Experience in Vendor management
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong research skills

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the founder's office, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Act as a liaison between the founder and other departments, stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Support Business Strategy, Operations Projects and due diligence
  • Work closely with the CEO to shape the future direction of the organization
  • Lead the problem-solving process and be the go-to firefighter on the team.
  • Plan and coordinate events and initiatives related to the founder's office
