What's the Founder's Office role at Ditto
The ideal candidate will be instrumental in recommending and deploying community-based cultural initiatives that align with our organisational values and goals. You will support the creation of compelling experiences designed to increase employee engagement and participation, ensuring that both remote and in-office employees feel connected and valued. This role involves executing comprehensive assessment plans to gauge progress toward cultural goals and evaluating the impact of past and current cultural interventions. You will play a key part in designing and implementing Experience Frameworks that resonate with our diverse workforce.
Additionally, you will propose, plan, and manage a variety of eventsboth corporate and socialthat foster a sense of community and enhance employee engagement. Collaboration with the People Team and leadership will be essential to integrating cultural initiatives into the company's broader strategy and daily operations. You will also be responsible for developing communication materials to promote employee engagement programs and initiatives, ensuring that these efforts are well-publicised and impactful.
To measure success, you will establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of our employee engagement programs. This includes tracking and analysing relevant metrics to make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. Conducting assessments and surveys to gauge employee satisfaction and the overall cultural health of the organisation will be a regular part of your duties. You will also stay informed about cultural trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance our initiatives. As a key cultural advocate, you will act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing cultural concerns and suggestions while championing a culture of respect, transparency, and collaboration across the organisation.
