Zinance is a finance software and copilot for businesses. We're building the world's most advanced copilot for business finance operations for entrepreneurs and finance professionals. At the start, we're supporting Seed and Series A founders with access to real-time financial insights via Dashboard, and a team of finance experts to manage their every finance function daily bookkeeping, yearly taxes, R&D Tax credit, CFO services, and more.

This is a full-time role in the Founder's Office at Zinance. As part of the Founder's Office, you will be responsible for supporting the founder in various day-to-day tasks.

What You'll Do

  • Provide support to all functions, including but not limited to, sales, marketing, operations, hiring, and product
  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional projects and teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with company goals
  • Work closely with the founder on day-to-day tasks like planning, work delegation, system set up to broader tasks like overall strategy and monthly planning.
  • Address and resolve issues that arise on a daily basis
  • Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Assist in market research, and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other communication materials for internal and external stakeholders
  • This is an execution-heavy role that requires excellent problem solving skills and fast-learning abilities

Who You Are

  • You have 1-2 years of overall work experience
  • Graduated from Tier 1 College (SRCC/BITS/IIT/etc) or foreign university
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
