This is a full-time role in the Founder's Office at Zinance. As part of the Founder's Office, you will be responsible for supporting the founder in various day-to-day tasks.
What You'll Do
- Provide support to all functions, including but not limited to, sales, marketing, operations, hiring, and product
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional projects and teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with company goals
- Work closely with the founder on day-to-day tasks like planning, work delegation, system set up to broader tasks like overall strategy and monthly planning.
- Address and resolve issues that arise on a daily basis
- Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Assist in market research, and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other communication materials for internal and external stakeholders
- This is an execution-heavy role that requires excellent problem solving skills and fast-learning abilities
Who You Are
- You have 1-2 years of overall work experience
- Graduated from Tier 1 College (SRCC/BITS/IIT/etc) or foreign university
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team
