Airblack is India's largest online skilling academy, helping people become micro-entrepreneurs or get flexible opportunities through innovative do-it-together (DIT) courses. We are building Stanford for vocational education. Our vision is to reduce the economic divide of the country by providing access to livelihood opportunities to millions of women in India.

In three years, Airblack's beauty academy unit has trained over 35,000 women in 200+ cities as Makeup Artists, helping them start their businesses as freelancers, studio owners, or earning influencers. We have also forayed into hospitality and culinary and helped over 500 bakers launch a baking business with our Certified Professional Baking Course

About the program

Are you a driven management consultant, startup operator or ex-founder seeking a chance to make an exponential impact As part of the Founder's office at Airblack, you'd be shaping the future of skilling education in India and empowering millions of women to reach their livelihood goals.

Working closely with the founders, you'll have close access to all the projects and initiatives at Airblack. From 0-to-1 marketing initiatives to building high-impact skilling products, you will experience all aspects of building and scaling a business.

This is a 2-year pre-MBA programme and is designed to train and give you intensive exposure of team building & management, project management, market research, and product building.

What would you be doing

• Own 0-to-1 Initiatives: Be a program leader and build new 0-to-1 initiatives and experiments across marketing, product and operations
• Program Management: Work closely with the founders and key leadership to manage cross-team projects and drive business and P&L growth
• Scaling Execution Playbooks: Be the strategic contributor to our most critical scaling initiatives and develop processes, metrics, and products to drive scale 10X.
• Strategic research: Work directly with the founders on core company strategy and deliver market research and opportunity scoping

What makes you a suitable candidate

We would love to hear from you if you meet the qualifications below:

• 1-3 years of experience as a consultant with a top-tier firm or a startup operator at a fast-growing early-stage startup. Ex-founders are welcome to apply
• Education: Bachelor's degree from a Tier 1 college
• You're passionate about the startups and tech ecosystem
• You have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• You have strong interpersonal & communication skills
• You have strong team skills and the ability to collaborate with senior management
• You're adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously
