- Monday: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Wednesday to Sunday: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Tuesday: Weekly off
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Associate to join the Founder's Office at HeyCoach. In this role, you will support senior leadership with strategic initiatives, market analysis, and the execution of business plans across multiple functions. You will work on high-impact projects to drive business growth, optimize operations, and contribute to the scaling of our startup.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Support:
- Assist the Founder with decision-making and planning across technology, product, and marketing.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
Marketing Initiatives:
- Support marketing campaigns and partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to optimize campaigns and assess ROI.
Revenue Generation:
- Identify new revenue streams and business opportunities.
- Contribute to strategies that increase sales and profitability.
Finance Operations:
- Assist with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Monitor financial performance and provide insights for optimization.
Sales:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Build relationships with potential clients to secure new business.
Startup Building Experience:
- Contribute to scaling the business with innovative ideas.
- Enhance operational efficiency and support the execution of growth initiatives.
Operational Excellence:
- Develop efficient processes for internal workflows.
- Monitor KPIs across departments to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-3 years in marketing, sales, finance operations, or startup building.
- Marketing Skills: Experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and campaign execution is a plus.
- Educational Background: Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
