Founder in Residence

Were looking for a full-time Growth Rockstar with entrepreneurial capabilities to join Awaz, a SF based startup as a Founder in Residence / Chief of Staff.

The ideal candidate will have a growth-oriented mindset, solid experience in B2B Software Sales, and a proven track record of scaling/bootstrapping businesses to 10X levels in global markets.

You will be working closely with the Founders and building the Enterprise Growth Unit at Awaz.

Description

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of growth & sales operations, including sales management, training, and team management. You will develop and implement effective sales strategies, monitor performance metrics, and drive sales growth. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales objectives with company goals.

Qualifications

• Growth Marketing, Sales Operations, and Sales Management skills
• Experience in training and team management
• Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement
• Knowledge of B2B sales processes and best practices
• Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus
• Experience in growth marketing/ growth hacking is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field

Compensation

• Recurring Commissions + No compensation for the first 3-6 months (Full-Time)
• Equity stake in the company post 6 months
