Description

We are looking for an experienced Forming machine operator to join our team in Romania (Europe). The ideal candidate should have 5-10 years of experience in the job market context of India. As a Forming machine operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of forming machines to produce high-quality products according to customer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate various types of forming machines to produce high-quality products
• Monitor production processes to ensure that products meet customer specifications
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
• Troubleshoot and repair machine issues as needed
• Maintain accurate production records and reports
• Ensure that safety protocols are followed at all times
• Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processes and improve product quality

Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5-10 years of experience as a Forming machine operator in the job market context of India
• Experience operating and maintaining various types of forming machines
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Valid work permit or EU citizenship
