- As a Qualcomm Hardware Engineer, you will plan, design, optimize, verify, and test electronic systems, bring-up yield, circuits, mechanical systems, Digital/Analog/RF/optical systems, equipment and packaging, test systems, FPGA, and/or DSP systems that launch cutting-edge, world class products
- Qualcomm Hardware Engineers collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions and meet performance requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field.
Job Role:
- Develop, deploy, and support In-house CAD tools, and flows related to Formal Verification.
- Engage with Designers, DV teams, management teams to develop Formal Verification solution that meets the prescribed requirements.
Minimum Skills:
- Bachelors Degree 3 or more years industry experience or Masters with 2 or more years of experience as a Design Verification engineer
- Experience in developing Python, TCL or other scripting languages will be a plus
Preferred Skills:
- Very good understanding of HDLs (Verilog, System Verilog) is MUST
- Protocol knowledge like (AHB, AXI, APB, CHI, I2C) is MUST
- Very strong RTL design and synthesis concepts is required
- Very good understanding of System Verilog Assertion is required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
- Hands on experience with HVL and VIP required
- Formal verification knowledge will be plus
- Experience in process automation with PERL/Tcl/Python scripting will be plus
- He/ she should have a good working knowledge of EDA tools (Synopsys/Cadence/ Others) with focus towards debugging design/ verification problems using these tools.
- He/ she should have good communication skills.
Required: Bachelors degree in Electronics/Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
Preferred: Masters degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Computer Science Information Systems, or related field
