Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Forex Operations Specialist to play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of foreign exchange transactions and supporting the daily operations of our Forex department. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of forex operation, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Remittance Execution: Execute and confirm forex transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to regulatory guidelines and best practices.
- Client Support: Assist clients with inquiries related to remittance, forex card, and forex currencies, providing prompt and courteous responses.
- Compliance: Stay updated with regulatory changes in the forex industry and ensure compliance with all relevant rules and regulations.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of forex transactions, client interactions, and trade-related documentation.
- Reporting: Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports on forex transaction activities and performance metrics.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including risk management, sales, and technology, to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in forex operations or a similar role within the financial industry.
- Familiarity with forex related software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
