Foreman/Engineer - Civil & Structural

Civil Department profile plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of civil construction and structural engineering projects while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Job Description: The specific responsibilities of the position holder will be (though not restricted to) the following:

1. Overseeing Construction Work and building maintenance.
2. Regular surveys
3. Setting out sites and organizing facilities
4. Supervising contracted staff
5. Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales
6. Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
7. Providing technical advice
8. Problem solving
9. Ordering and negotiating the price of materials
10. Ensuring site safety
11. Team working
12. Traveling in pan India as per project requirement

Desired Experience & Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3-5 years proven experience in civil construction and structural engineering projects.
• Proficiency in project management software and computer-aided design (CAD) tools
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
