We are seeking a highly motivated Food Technologist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and developing new food products and ensuring their safety, quality, and compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-12 years of experience in the food industry and possess strong technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new food products and improve existing ones
• Ensure food safety and compliance with regulations
• Conduct sensory evaluations and analyze data to make informed decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, marketing, and research and development
• Manage product development projects from conception to launch
• Create and maintain accurate documentation of product development and testing procedures

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field
• 2-12 years of experience in the food industry
• Strong knowledge of food processing techniques and ingredients
• Ability to conduct sensory evaluations and analyze data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
