Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Food Server to join our client's dynamic team in the hospitality sector. This is a full-time, junior-level position located in various cities across Tamil Nadu, including Coimbatore, Madurai, Salem, Tiruchirappalli, Chennai, Tiruppur, and Erode. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of experience in food service or a related field. The role requires handling food and beverage operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high service standards.
Qualifications And Skills
- Experience in the hospitality industry is required to understand service dynamics and customer interactions effectively.
- Proficient as a waiter, with excellent customer service and communication skills (Mandatory skill).
- Understanding of food and beverage operations to efficiently manage orders and service delivery (Mandatory skill).
- Hands-on experience in hospitality service to provide top-notch guest service and standards.
- Knowledge in restaurant management for effectively handling dining operations and coordinating with the kitchen staff.
- As a waitress, the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent service is crucial.

Roles And Responsibilities
- Greet and attend to guests, ensuring their dining experience is pleasant and satisfactory from arrival to departure.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen staff promptly.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
- Regularly check on guests to ensure their satisfaction, address any concerns, and provide additional services as needed.
- Manage tables and dining area setup, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for guests at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen and other restaurant staff to ensure smooth operational flow and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest billing and payments accurately, providing assistance as required to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Adhere to established hospitality and service standards, legislation, and company policies during all interactions with guests and colleagues.
