- Project Deliverable: Vegetarian Food Development Specialist
- Develop a diverse range of vegetarian dishes catering to various tastes and dietary requirements.
- Create detailed recipes for each dish, ensuring consistency and quality in preparation and taste.
- Conduct taste tests with potential customers to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to the recipes.
- Ensure the final food products are healthy, nutritious, and aligned with dietary guidelines.
- Develop a Standard Operating Procedure (SoP) for the preparation and handling of the food products.
- Manage the handover process of multiple food products, ensuring they meet quality standards and are ready for distribution or sale.
- The research and development of new vegetarian recipes, ensuring they meet high taste and quality standards.
- Engage in hands-on experimentation with various vegetarian ingredients to create diverse and appealing meal options.
- Conduct thorough sampling with both internal teams and external customers to gather feedback and refine recipes.
- Develop and implement a standard operating procedure (SoP) for the consistent production of high-quality vegetarian meals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product development with market trends and consumer preferences.
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in food product development, specifically within the vegetarian domain.
- Proven track record of successful recipe development and bringing new products to market.
- Extensive experience in conducting research and development (R&D) in the food industry.
- Passion for cooking and continuous R&D in vegetarian food development.
- Demonstrated ability in engaging customers for product sampling and incorporating feedback into product improvement.
- A strong passion for vegetarian cuisine and a personal commitment to promoting healthy eating habits.
- Creative thinker with a strategic approach to product innovation and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and present findings to stakeholders.
