This job requires the following skills:
Requirements :-
- Education Qualification required :- Btech in Food Science
Knowledge of HACCP, FSMS, FOOD AUDIT- Knowledge of Dry fruits, Spices, Flour, Rice and Pulses physical and chemical testing
Minimum 4 years work experience
- To be incharge of quality analysis of all raw materials and finished goods
- To be incharge of internal audits, safety and hygiene of the unit and workers.
- To understand and improve the existing manufacturing process
- Develop and maintain SOPs
- Give HACCP and FSM training to all workers
- Conduct periodic internal audit and responsible for all external audits
- Responsible for all packaging and labelling regulations
- Good communication skills
