Food & Beverage Kiosk Audit - Quality/ Hygiene/ CSAT and Training

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Outlet Auditor to oversee the audit process for F&B kiosks. The ideal candidate will have a background in operations, with a strong focus on quality assurance. The Outlet Auditor will be responsible for ensuring that all outlets meet company standards for hygiene, product quality, staff performance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct regular audits of kiosks to ensure compliance with operational standards.

2. Evaluate outlets on staff performance, hygiene, product quality, and customer satisfaction.

3. Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting areas of improvement, non-compliance, and commendable performance.

4. Collaborate with outlet managers and staff to implement corrective actions where necessary.

5. Provide feedback to management on operational and quality-related issues.

6. Stay up-to-date with quality assurance trends and implement best practices in outlets.

1. Proven experience in operations, with a focus on quality assurance.

2. Strong attention to detail and an eye for identifying quality and operational discrepancies.

3. Ability to create comprehensive audit reports.

4. Excellent communication skills to relay audit findings and recommendations effectively.

5. Ability to travel frequently to different kiosk locations. Prior experience in a similar role within the food and beverage or retail industry.
