Qualifications and Skills
- More than 10 years of experience in food control and restaurant management
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
- FSSI certification is preferred
- Experience in liquor licensing and compliance
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficient in kitchen operations and food costing
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
- Menu engineering skills to optimize profitability
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of hygiene
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations at Smaaash entertainment centers
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
- Develop and implement Kitchen's standard operating procedures for food and beverage control
- Manage inventory and stock levels, including ordering, receiving, and storage stage wise process audit
- Monitor and control food and beverage costs
- Analyze sales and profitability, and make recommendations for improvements
- Train and develop staff in food and beverage operations
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop menus and pricing strategies
- Ensure compliance with liquor licensing regulations
- Maintain a clean and hygienic environment in the food and beverage areas
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints
- Stay updated with industry trends and implement best practices
