Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Specialist. The Food and Beverage Specialist will be responsible for daily food service operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards for food and beverage quality. The role requires excellent communication skills and culinary expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service and customer service
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Culinary skills and ability to prepare meals and beverages
• End to End knowledge of bar operations
• Bartending skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Knowlwdge of IDS next software is a plus
• Experience in a luxury hospitality setting is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
