Responsibility:
To take Food Beverages orders over the telephone from Guests in the hotel, in a courteous and attentive manner
To abide by the mission statement
To maintain professional relationship with the Guest
To maintain an professional attitude while conversing on the telephones
Handle special Room service request with appropriate consultation
Set the tray within minutes receiving of the K.O.T
Orders of consecutive floors served simultaneously
Reverting back to the Guests in case of any order delay
Maintain professional appearance as per the standards set
Take and serve order as per the standards
Maintain appropriate standards for assembling and picking up food orders
Ensure and maintain clean and tidy table after the main course
Ensure all acts of serving are executed within prescribed time limit
To meet Guest needs and request in right time
Communicate with the other Department to fulfill Guest request
Handle special Room service request with appropriate consultation
To ensure and maintain high level of Guest satisfaction
