This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai. As a Food and Beverage Server at Passion Restaurant Private Limited, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests. Your day-to-day tasks may include taking food and drink orders, serving guests, explaining menu items, and addressing any customer concerns. You will work closely with the kitchen and other staff members to ensure smooth operations and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Previous experience in a similar role or in the food and beverage industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  

Relevant qualifications and certifications in food and beverage service will be an advantage.
