Number of Outlets Managed: 30-40 across various states in India
Job Summary:
The Head F&B - Operations is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and strategic expansion of new food and beverage outlets across different states in India. This role involves operational management, team leadership, financial oversight, and ensuring consistent high-quality service across all locations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all assigned food and beverage outlets.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across all locations.
- Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures to maintain consistency and efficiency.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure standards are met and provide support to local managers.
2. Expansion and Development:
- Identify and evaluate new locations for outlet expansion.
- Develop and implement strategies for opening new outlets, including site selection, layout planning, and staffing.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth launches of new outlets.
3. Financial Management:
- Develop and manage budgets for all outlets, ensuring cost control and profitability.
- Analyse financial performance and implement measures to achieve financial targets.
- Prepare and present financial and operational reports to senior management.
4. Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and supervise regional managers and outlet managers.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment across all locations.
5. Quality and Customer Service:
- Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure guest satisfaction across all outlets.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Implement customer service training programs for staff.
6. Menu and Product Development:
- Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to design and update menus, ensuring a balance of innovation and profitability.
- Analyse customer preferences and market trends to create appealing and competitive offerings.
- Oversee menu pricing and portion control to maintain cost efficiency.
7. Marketing and Promotion:
- Work with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns for different regions.
- Participate in community and industry events to enhance the visibility and reputation of the outlets.
- Utilize social media and other platforms to engage with customers and promote F&B services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in senior F&B operations management, with experience handling multiple outlets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets and driving operational excellence.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and F&B management software.
- Willingness to travel frequently across different states.

- Familiarity with current F&B trends and customer preferences.
