We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Font Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in using MS Volt and FontLab to design and create high-quality fonts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create new fonts from scratch using MS Volt and FontLab.
- Modify and refine existing fonts to improve quality and performance.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure fonts meet project requirements.
- Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to ensure fonts render correctly across various platforms and devices.
- Maintain detailed documentation of font development processes and changes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in font creation and typography design.
- Proficiency in MS Volt and FontLab.
- Strong understanding of font design principles, including kerning, spacing, and glyph creation.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines.
